Welcome to Remedy:Reformer Pilates Studio. We have evolved.

Our boutique studio has 10 Merrithew SPX Max Reformers in the main studio space.

Each Reformer has its own accessory bundle to serve as props for you to use during your class including weights, ball and cardio trampoline.

A separate room with two Merrithew Spx Max Reformers plus Tower attachments is available for 1:1 or 2:1 private sessions at all times of the day. We can accommodate larger group private sessions in the main studio around class times.

Our third room hosts Barre Fitness, Mat Pilates and Yoga classes bringing even more opportunities to find your Remedy with us.

Our instructors have been trained by the best in the business. The STOTT Pilates method is second to none. The repertoire was crafted using an evidence based approach to developing movements from bio-mechanical and scientific analysis. We strive to honor this intelligence within our studio.
