Feeling a little apprehensive? Let us take you through the foundations and fundamentals of the Reformer and enlighten you on those all important Pilates principles. We will explain the different class types and help you decide what is the perfect one for you so that from the moment you walk into your first you will feel confident and fully capable.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule 24 hours notice must be given. No exceptions. Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will result in forfeit of purchase amount or the class will be deducted from a pass or membership.
