Instructors guide you through each pose, emphasizing proper alignment and breath awareness. Some classes may incorporate specific themes, such as mindfulness, strength, or flexibility, while others may focus on a particular style, such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, or Yin yoga. The class ends with a cool-down period and a final relaxation pose, known as Savasana, allowing you to fully absorb the benefits of your practice. Yoga fosters a sense of community and encourages self-discovery, mindfulness, and a deeper connection to the body and mind.
